Wake up a device

The Wake Up Device command allows an admin prompt an iOS device to check in to the KACE Cloud service to retrieve queued commands.

This command is available on all managed iOS corporate and macOS devices.

1. Select the Devices tab in top navigation.
2. Select a device from the list.
3. In the right panel, click the OS dropdown.
4. Choose Wake Up Device.
5. Click Confirm.
